I feel like that would be a really, really good idea for releasing the theme/world of an album but unfortunately the industry is a lot more concerned with throwing out videos to keep the hype up than catering to fans with unique and original ideas.

It would be cool if maybe there was a 5 hour window or something to solve some sort of virtual/viral puzzle and if you got it done in time then you could view/download the music video early.

I wish the music industry would do more interactive stuff like that, especially since it’s become all but a bandwagon for films and it costs next to nothing to crank out a one-pixel-per-view site or photo-scavenger site.
